Prepared Spicy,Veggie loaded Penne Pãstá!!

What's your Favorite Pasta Shape? If you love Penne, you have come to the right place! One of my favorite Meals of the week! This quick , easy, and so comforting Vegg Penne pasta.....😋

This Pasta recipe is not just for spring and summer, this is a veggie packed Pasta dish that is perfect year round! It has such a satisfying flavour. You can add different kind of vegetables you might already have on hand. It is a simple dish made with pasta and fresh vegetables. Actually it is great way to add a lot of colorful veggies into meal.
One of favorite thing of this Pasta is that you can customize it to your liking. These are the dishes that are perfect for when you have veggies that need to be used in the fridge. If you want it to be non veg dish then you can add chicken sausage to this recipe too.

So let's start to make Penne pasta-

● Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside.

●in a large wide pan or skillet add olive oil or any vegetable oil.

●then add lots of chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped green chilies. Saute them for a minute.

●after that add slice onions. And saute till they are transparent.

●Add slice carrots, bell peppers, french beans and saute over meduim heat until the veggies start to get tender. It will take 5 min.
You may add zucchini, broccoli, Asparagus and tomato.

●then add boiled drained pasta and black pepper.

●Add salt, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, pasta sauce and red chili flakes.

●Add dried Italian seasoning and herbs.

●Saute it for 2 min. Drizzle in some lemon juice.

●Add Parsley and spring onions.

●Now transfer it in a serving plate.

And enjoy your spicy veggie loaded Penne Pasta.

This is a versatile recipe and you can use different kinds of veggies based on your choice.
