Shut up and eat! #15 - Cottage cheese and raisins in the oven

Is it a main dish or a dessert?! I'm not sure and I don't care, because it's tasty and that's it.

Ingredients / Ingredientes:

1 - Blend the cheese and the sugar until smooth.

1 - Misturar o requeijão com o açúcar e mexer bem.

2 - Add the flour and stir.

2 - Juntar a farinha e mexer.

3 - Then add the butter and blend.

3 - A seguir, juntar a manteiga e mexer.

4 - Time to add the eggs (you could use only the yolks if you prefer) and... you guessed it... stir a bit more.

4 - É tempo de adicionar os ovos (podes usar só as gemas se preferires) e... adivinhaste... mexer mais um pouco.

5 - Finally, add the raisins and give it a last mix.

5 - Finalmente, juntar as passas e mexer uma última vez.

6 - Place everything in a tray with a bit of butter and flour.

6 - Passar tudo para um tabuleiro untado com manteiga e polvilhado com farinha.

7 - Oven for 40min...
