Shut up and eat! #6 - Watercress soup with eggs

Watercress, anyone?
It's often used in salads... but I'm going for a soup. This is as simple as it gets, but hey... I'm just following the recipe!
Let's go!

Geralmente é usado em saladas... mas eu vou fazer uma sopa. Mais simples é impossível, mas eu estou só a seguir a receita!

Ingredients for 4 portions / Ingredientes para 4 doses:

1 - Boil the potatoes, the onion and the garlics with salt. Separately, boil the eggs (only two in the photo because I was cooking two portions to eat right away).

1 - Cozer as batatas, a cebola e os alhos com sal. Separadamente, cozer os ovos (só dois na foto porque preparei só duas doses para consumo imediato).

2 - When boiled, mash. Not the eggs! 😄

2 - Depois de cozido, triturar. Os ovos não! 😄

3 - Add water enough for the soup. Correct the salt.

3 - Adicionar água suficiente para a sopa. Corrigir o sal.

4 - Add the watercress.

4 - Juntar o agrião.

5 - Season with olive oil.

5 - Temperar com azeite.

6 - Cook for 15 min in low heat. Stir a couple of times and meanwhile slice the boiled eggs to add in the end.

6 - Cozinhar durante 15 minutos em lume brando. Mexer algumas vezes e entretanto cortar os ovos cozidos para juntar no fim.

7 - The moment you were waiting for: Shut up and eat! 😋
