250 grams of sea oysters
2 cloves of garlic

5 red chilies
8 cayenne peppers
8 Asam sunti
Half a teaspoon of saltlime

Note: Asam sunti is a kitchen spice from Aceh, which is made from starfruit and is given grams and then dried for days in the sun until it is completely dry and can be stored for a long time.

How to make

  • First, wash the oysters until they are completely clean from any sea sand that is still stuck to them, then season the oysters with salt and lime, but here I forgot to take a photo hehe

  • Then blend all the spices until really smooth, don't forget to add a little water to the blender.

Well, this is how I cook sea oysters, if asked how many times I have cooked it, the answer is this is the first time I have cooked it, but I did not expect the taste to be very delicious, there is a savory taste, spicy, and a little sour because I added sunti acid to it. Because I got this recipe from my mother, she often cooks sea oysters by adding sunti acid to it, I used to cook oysters mixed with other ingredients and the taste was no less delicious, this oyster is indeed very suitable as a side dish for lunch at home with my beloved family, for those of you who like sea oysters, you can try making my simple recipe which is very easy to make.

Thank you very much for those of you who have taken the time to read my post, see you in my next post, I hope you never get bored of seeing or reading my posts hehehehe
