INDONESIAN TUNA FRIED RICE.

in Foodies Bee Hive3 years ago

To serve the tuna fish fried rice recipe, it's not difficult, because everything in our kitchen is just processed according to taste. Some of the fried rice seasonings are ready-made, some are processed with some spices that are sold at the spice seller in the market. I use processed spices that are sold in the market because the seasoning culture is better. When we go to the market, all we have to do is ask the seller for spices for fried rice. Then the seller will swiftly mix to give birth to the fried rice seasoning.

Next, prepare other ingredients such as cooking oil, eggs, garlic, onions, tomatoes, small chilies and red chilies as well as salt to taste and other spices. And the most important thing is the fried tuna.

The first step
Chop the garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper and sauté until fragrant. Next, add the scrambled eggs, chilies and scallions. Next enter the tuna with the spices that have been prepared. Wait a few moments for it to cook then add the prepared white rice. Add soy sauce, salt, a little sugar and pepper. Stir until evenly distributed and fry the lumpy rice to decompose and stir the rice with the spices until evenly distributed. When stirring, don't forget to do a little eating test to feel how the fried rice tastes. If less salt or sweet then add according to taste on the tongue.

Step Two
If you feel the makyoss culture, remove the fried rice and it's ready to be served. Add to add to the taste of cucumber fruit and fish crackers to add to the appetite. After everyone has finished eating @sazaliza style tuna fried rice, it's ready to be served for the baby who wants to enjoy his father's fried rice dish. Today the baby's request was fulfilled, hopefully his father's request for Rahmad Alkautsar's son to always remember his father's message "don't forget to pray and study hard at the Islamic boarding school". Amen.
