5pcs medium size beans
1pc. bell pepper
1 cup coarsely sliced cabbage
1 whole onion chopped
2 cloves slice garlic
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon patis fish sauce
salt and pepper for seasoning
5 cups of water

Steps in Cooking the Pancit Bam - i Recipe:

🍝Prepare and wash all the needed ingredients before cooking. Preparing the ingredients beforehand will make it easier for you to cook and move around.

🍝Soak the sotanghon noodle on a medium-sized bowl for 30 minutes, then set aside.

🍝On a large cooking pan, add the vegetable oil. When oil is hot enough, place your slice pork. Mixed continuously until golden brown.

🍝When slice pork turns golden brown, sauté the garlic and onions. Mixed until it turns into golden brown.

🍝Add the slice carrots and bell pepper into the mixture. After a minute or two, pour the soy sauce, then add 5 cups of water.

🍝Cover the pan and let it boil for about 5 minutes.

🍝Prepare the soak sotanghon, remove the sotanghon from the water.

🍝When the mixture boils, slowly add the sotanghon and the pancit canton together with the sliced cabbage and beans. Mix carefully until all the ingredients were totally mixed. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes until all the ingredients were cooked. Add the salt and pepper for seasoning.

🍝Serve it hot on your plate. You can add a piece of lemon for additional taste. It's best serve with bread on the side. Happy eating everyone!

Oh! With different names but for sure it's also delicious😊

The pork is cherry on top! I honestly would add bacon bits to them to add even more savory flavor.

Yes you can add bacon to the recipe. Some will also used tempura or squid rings to make it palatable 😊. Thank you for sharing your great idea😊
