A delicious cheesy " Kaisa Diya" at aftaar time

Hello friends , I hope you are fine and enjoying your life with your family and friends.

What is Aftaar
As you know, it's a month of Ramadan (fasting) in Pakistan and 18 fasts are gone 12 are remaining.
Everybody eat breakfast at very early morning and the offer prayers all the day and then at the sunset 🌆 time the eat dinner with the prayers and thank to GOD for the patience.

Everybody make new and delicious dishes in this Holy month and send others people to get blessings. This month is remember by everyone during the all months and enjoy the memories 🙂.

Yesterday , I have decided to make a dish by myself and it is a Kaisa Diya very delicious and tasty 😋, hopefully whenever you get a chance to have it you must be enjoy and remember this post.
I really loved this dish 😍 it is one of the best and favorite dishes ever for me 🤩🤩😄.

Process to make it done ✅

First of all you have to prepare the "cilantro", take potatoes and boils them for 30 minutes.

Then mesh these potatoes add cilantro, onion, peeper, salt, boiled chicken small pieces.

Then take some slices according to your need and pour some tomato ketchup and sauce.

Then put the meshed potatoes with chicken in those slices. Make them closed and then fry them for 8-10 minutes on medium fire 🔥.

Then put them out of pan and eat with taste 😋
