My Saturday morning breakfast

in Foodies Bee Hive6 days ago (edited)

Happy weekend friends hope you are trying to rest from the weeks activities like me. Well that's after making this yummy breakfast.
Now aside from making money another hobby I enjoy doing is cooking and when I cook I don't just cook I make you enjoy the feeling of a chef☺️.
After being told by my doctor that my eating habits is poor I decided to give myself a treat today and yes I didn't go to work today so I had the time to prepare this meal.

Above is dished my favourite type of rice mixed with beans and another side dish we call gizdodo. Now if you aren't from my side of the country you would wonder what I just said now😁. But it's plain english.

Plantain and gizzard mixed with veggies something everyone must try it's a meal on its own but for those of us that like to have a little of this and that I can say you will make a great decision to try it. I love my food a bit spicy so I had to add a bit of chill pepper 🌶️ to the mix and the results was heavenly.
Now as I was about to eat I found myself launching and I was asked why. I told my family that there are some persons that will say after cooking they can't eat the food because their stomach will be full from the aroma from the kitchen.
Me I start eating from preparing my meat. I taste everything twice or more drink water and make sure it's the exact taste I want. So I laughed out loud because this plate in front of me is going down into my belly and I make even add more to it😁😁. I'm sorry for those that will put the time in cooking and not eat out of the food. My people will say Doh. Meaning 😔 sorry. But wait how will you put in time to making a meal and not be able to eat out of it? I'm just wondering 😍. Oh please grab a spoon and John me from every location let's dive into this picture together. I will like to know what you had for breakfast as well and your kitchen experience do you feel full after cooking?
Wishing you an awesome weekend 💞 🤗 💞 💞 💞

Thanks for the love and likes always. I remain your girl @superwoman25 🥰🥰😘🥰🥰
