Okazi soup is an African dish owned by Nigerians, but anybody can prepare it.
Okazi soup is a very nice dish with a lovely taste which is enjoyable to eat when properly prepared.
HERE COMES THE ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE PREPARATION OF IT.
. Red oil
. Achi seed
. crayfish
. seasoning
. salt
. Cow skin
. dry fish
. okazi leaf
. Pepper
HERE COMES THE PROCEDURE
First make your fire, I'm using local stove and local pot in preparing this, but you can use gas cooker or electric stove etc.
After that wash your meat, cow skin and dry fish which ever is available would still be nice in preparing it.
Then place your pot on fire, add little quantity of water to it add your meat, cow skin and dry fish then allow it to boil for like 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of boiling add your achi seed and then stir it till it gets thick. After this process you can then add your salt, pepper and seasoning to it.
Your red oil is the next thing to add where you need to stir it and then allow to boil for another 10 minute. After boiling stir it again and test it to check the level of your salt, pepper and seasoning to know if it is okay or requires anything to add again.
The okazi leaf is now needed to add to the soup which needs to boil for like 5 minutes and after that the food is ready.
i decided to eat my okazi soup with eba which is made of garri and to be sincere the combination is very delicious.
