Korean style barbecue restaurant - Xiao

Hi guys, I'm glad to see you again after a tiring day at work.
Winter has come, I can feel the cold wind making me shiver. Everyday I still have to go to work by motorbike and have to go on Nhat Tan bridge, I really need something warm. And I had an idea, I invited my best friend to eat at a hot pot and BBQ restaurant. This is a restaurant that includes services such as buffet, hot pot, grilled food, extremely diverse food, it's called "Xiao BBQ & hot pot".

If there were no Covid-19 epidemic, the restaurant would always be crowded and there would be no place to sit for 2 people. We went to the restaurant and ordered 2 buffets, 1 beer and 1 coke.
These are the dishes in the buffet combo, reasonably priced and delicious food.

• Appetizers include: Cabbage vegetable salad + sesame sauce, Shrimp puffs, fried black sesame sweet potatoes, buttered bread.
• Main dishes: octopus, squid, pork heart, pork belly, sausage, boneless chicken legs, chicken wings, beef, pork ribs, pig breast, beef butt, pork shoulder.
• Side dishes: lettuce, kimchi
• Desserts include: jicama, cucumber
• The average cost per guest : 180.000 VND/ person

This restaurant has all the criteria: large space, beautiful design, friendly and polite staff, this restaurant has a separate dining room for those who like a private feeling. Smoke removal technology when grilling meat will help customers enjoy the food comfortably and rest assured that there will be no food odors on clothes.

All the sauces of the dishes are seasoned, they are so sweet and spicy. I don't know what ingredients they have seasoned into these dishes but their taste is really special that I can't forget. Perhaps that is the attraction of the restaurant when they focus on the quality of the food, making diners eat non-stop. The heat brings out a lush smoky char to each meat addicting bite. I have grilled seafood, meat at home but its taste is not really good like the restaurant. I have bought many ingredients and many packages of sauce to marinate the meat, but it doesn't really satisfy me. Cool, healthy and creamy cabbage salad with sesame oil and mayonnaise, I could eat an entire plate of this salad. Grilled meat served with kimchi and cabbage salad, rolled in lettuce, dipped in sweet and sour sauce, feels extremely cool and delicious. Imagine its taste, fatty meat rolls with raw vegetables.. it's a very refreshing feeling.

In addition to grilled food, the restaurant also has many different hot pot dishes, I ate hot pot here, their broth is great.
