Hello, seafood lover... back again on my hive blog.
When do you cook seafood? What do you most like? Actually, I'm not really sure what I like most about seafood, obviously, I almost like all kinds of seafood.
But, today I want to cook sweet and sour clams. What makes the clam dish this time special is ... because I got these clams from my neighbor and I don't know what kind of clams are called, in fact, when I returned to my neighbor's house to ask his name, he didn't even know. LOL (Hive, if you know what the name of this clam is, please let me know, thnaks) it tastes like bamboo clam. The shape and color are similar to bamboo shells, however, these shells are a bit flat.
Luckily, no one in my family has a history of allergies to seafood, so this will be perfectly fine for dinner tonight.
So let's get straight to the recipe. please watch, ok!
- 500gr clams
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 2 pcs sweet corn
- 3 cloves of garlic
- onions
- 6 pieces of curly red chili
- 4 pieces of red chili
- 1 tomato
- two spring onions
- tomato sauce
- chili sauce
- oyster sauce
- salt
- sugar
- oil for frying
- lime leaves
- Bay leaf
- ginger
- galangal
- granulated sugar
- pan
- spatula
- Make sure all materials and tools that will be used have been thoroughly washed first.
- Boil clams for five minutes, drain.
- Slice sweet corn according to taste
- Slice onions, onions, garlic, red chilies, and cayenne peppers
- galangal and ginger
- prepare a frying pan, and heat the oil,
- enter the sliced spices, stir-fry until fragrant, add galangal, ginger, bay leaves, and lime leaves
- after that enter the sweet corn, and give a cup of water.
- add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and seasoning,
- Cook until the corn is tender then add the scallops.
- stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed
- taste to make sure the taste is right and delicious
- cook until the scallops and corn are completely cooked,
- after that lift and serve!
