Fried milkfish

Hi guy how are you? I hope you are just fine. Have you tried this kind of food? Speaking and a kind of cooked fish. The fish I used was bangus, also know as milkfish which is also known in the Philippines, which also becomes a common menu at the table when eating out. It's so stale Filipino cuisine that most people enjoy. All you have to do is cut the fish in half and clean it well. Soak it in garlic vinegar and pepper for a whole day. Fry until the fish is crispy. Prepare the filling in the middle of the net. Just finely chop the garlic onion tomato chili and ginger. At once cook it quickly in butter and place in the middle of the fish. Try it and it's so delicious. Keep safe everyone ☝🏻🙏
