To day, i will introduce to people drink very delicious and healthy.

Tea Peaches

Preparing ingredients

• Peaches ( Choose fruit that is yellow-pink, firm, not too ripe or too green.)
  

• Sugar
• a few Salt
• Lemon

Making

Peach peeled, soaked in dilute salt water and then divided into 4 or 6 part
Sugar: take 1 amount of sugar, add a little water, (the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness you eat).

When the sugar water boils, put the peaches in and boil (like to boil for 2-3 minutes, if not boil for about 5 minutes) then take out and soak in ice cold water for 20 minutes and take out to drain and place in the freezer for 20 minutes).

Wait for the sugar water to cool down, squeeze the lemon juice in (remove the seeds) to make the sugar water taste bar When the water has cooled down, pour the water and peaches into the jar to soak. Leave for 5.6 hours outside and then put in the refrigerator.
