Today I had to make a quick and easy to prepare lunch, this because my family was not at home, my husband left early for the field, my son for his work, my daughter for college, I left early for work and returned home but on the way I bought chicken, tomatoes, onion, garlic and ice cube all this to prepare a quick lunch for when my family arrived and lunch was ready to serve.
Hoy me toco hacer un almuerzo rapido y facil de preparar, esto debido a que mi familia no estaba en casa, mi esposo salio temprano para el campo, mi hijo para su trabajo, mi hija para la universidad, yo sali temprano para mi trabajo y regrese para mi casa pero en el camino compre pollo, tomates, cebolla, ajo y cubito todo esto para preparar un almuerzo rapido para cuando llegara mi familia ya el almuerzo estuviera de servir.
When I got home I chopped the chicken into small pieces and put them in a pan with salt, olive oil and ice cube, I started to fry the chicken, then I blended the ingredients such as onion, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and cilantro to add them to the fried chicken and then I left it for half an hour cooking, on the other hand I prepared long pasta and then stirred the pasta with the chicken in sauce and that's how I made my quick and tasty lunch.
En lo que llegue a mi casa pique el pollo en trozos pequeños los coloque en un sarten con sal al gusto aceite onotado y cubito empece a solfreir el pollo , despues licue los alinio como cebolla, ajies, ajo, tomates y cilantro para colocarselos al pollo ya solfrito y despues lo deje por media hora cocinando, por otro lado prepare pasta larga para luego revolver la pasta con el pollo en salsa y es asi que realice mi almuerzo rapido y sabroso.
