Today, me and my small family went to one of the most renowned mini-restaurant place in our town. We plan to go here last month because we want to try their food and also their place. I visited here before last two years ago and I saw on their place again after I went for a ride to buy something last month and the place is different than when I was here two years ago. I didn't knew that it was renovated until I saw it while riding a motorcycle.

The Place

It is an open space outside a house and you can feel the breeze air while eating. Who don't want that? It's like you were in a place where you were on top of the mountain, maybe because this place is located in our town which is a good place for restaurants because our town is mountainous.

There is also a little table garden where kids can play inside it and not to worry about going outside because there is a little fence that surrounds the mini table garden. There were also tables that are made of wood and beautiful lights on top of it.

The ambiance of the place is really good because you can hear wind gushing through the wall and the people are also few that makes it more comfortable for us.

The peak hours in this mini-restaurants are from 4 pm to 7 pm but we went here to eat lunch because I have work at night.

The Food & Menu

Upon arriving at their restaurant, the waitress will give you a MENU of their restaurant that you can choose from different kinds of food in the menu like the pork, beef, chicken, and even seafood. There are various of deserts that you can also pick and their drink in affordable prices.

We only ordered a chicken strips, Bicol express, Calamansi juice, and unlimited rice for our lunch. The plating is superb and the taste is delicious. I think this is compared to a famous restaurant.

One thing I like is this Bicol express that is a pork meat with string beans mixed with coconut juice and chili. The spiciness of this is medium.

For our dessert, we only choose the Halo-halo for two. The Halo-halo is really awesome because it has real fruits like the jackfruit and this banana. I know most of the Filipinos like halo-halo but this halo-halo is different because they put some bits of fried peanuts on this halo-halo that makes it more nostalgic and more delicious in taste.

When I tasted this halo-halo, I remembered my past when I was a student of buying a street food halo-halo which has also peanuts on it. Most of the halo-halo doesn't have any peanuts but this one has and you should try this one because it adds the flavor of a halo-halo.

A family that enjoyed this place

This place is suited for family bonding, meet-ups for friends and colleagues, and even for someone who wants to eat in an affordable price. This place is really awesome to visit from the place itself that is really good and also their food which are extravagant that they put an effort on making and putting it.

We enjoyed our lunch together with my small family. We only ordered this one because we can't eat all of it if we order more than we can eat. We tried this place because we want to experience this place but we were surprised that this place is really good for a family bonding or family gathering.

All in all, this place is awesome and I would go here again and again to try all of their menu because we only choose two menu this time and also their desserts that are mouth watering. We enjoyed staying and eating in this restaurant and my daughter also enjoyed it because she walks around the mini garden that we sit on like she's having fun.

I am happy that I see my little family is happy after we have eaten this restaurant and I brought them here. I think this is the second time that we went here.

This place is located in Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur which is my hometown and it is easy to find because it is near on the market.
