Hi Hive Community? Do you like Sushi?
Japanese food that is well known and in demand nowadays is sushi. I like Sushi. The only one about Japannesse Food that I love the most.
After Mujigae at FX Sudirman closed, I have no favorite restaurant anymore. One day when I went to FX Sudirman and have no option about another restaurant, we chosen Ichiban Sushi. At that time, all restaurant in FX Sudirman was fulled and Ichiban Sushi still welcome to costumer so we stopping by.
Ichiban Sushi has been established since 1995 and now they had 70 outlets in 32 cities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta - Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi). And did you know the reason why does they name Ichiban Sushi? That is because Ichiban Sushi is the first sushi restaurant in Indonesia. As the meaning of Ichiban from Japanesse language is, NUMBER ONE.

There's something interesting about service system in Ichiban Sushi. May it's related to a pandemic, that you no needs call the waiters to order. I was a little surprised that I have to scan the barcode at the rack to order. Because when I visited Ichiban Sushi last month, we still order by waiters. So, at that time I was like, oh wow!

Just because we won't eat noodles processed, we were ordered something with rice. I was ordered the Gyu Taji Donburi. That was rice chopped beef, green union, and egg on the top.
I once ordered Gyu Taji Donburi and I really love it so when I came again, I still same menu. Gyu Taji Donburi was delicious.
About my friend, she was ordered Chicken Katsu Donburi, It was rice with chicken katsu and vegetables.
About Sushi, we have Special O'day
Did you know that we ordered Special O'day because the shape was very attractive! Like a flower.
Special O'day is kind of sushi consists of crab sticks, omelette, and crunchy Japanese Cucumber. The texture is denser, very different from ordinary cucumber, that's why they're name it Spesial O'day.
About beverages, we have ice lemon tea.
