Although the meat was delicious, my favourite has to be the sauces. I know the sauces normally won’t get noticed in a meal but the green one was absolutely divine. It’s like a pesto sauce with a hint of citrus, just delicious!

I actually notice it. My favorites are the spicy sauces. I like it in/on a lot of things. Soups, meats, etc. We have something called "Erős Pista". It is a chili sauce. Spicy paprika. Feel free to try it in a soup (or in anything you like), if you come to Hungary.
