Hoy quiero compartirles la primera de una serie de publicaciones que he titulado: , les cuento que este es un proyecto que tengo en conjunto con mi hijo menor (8 años), la idea surgió por una publicación que el vio de un plato de frutas, y me dijo mami: porqué no hacemos flores y animales con frutas para tus publicaciones, y para yo comerlas?, y así comenzó este proyecto.
Una buena presentación, o un buen emplatado, es muy importante, ya que esto permite degustar la comida con mas ganas, y mas gusto, algo así como comer por los ojos, jeje.
Hemos realizado varios platos divertidos con frutas y verduras, que poco a poco les iremos compartiendo; para la primera presentación hicimos una hermosa flor con 2 mangos (aprovechando la temporada), 1 mandarina, y 1 durazno, mi hijo es mi ayudante en la elaboración de estos hermosos platos.
La creatividad a la hora de presentar la comida es muy importante sobre todo para nuestros pequeños, espero que estas publiaciones sean de su agrado.

We have made several fun dishes with fruits and vegetables, that little by little we will share with you; for the first presentation we made a beautiful flower with 2 mangos (taking advantage of the season), 1 tangerine, and 1 peach, my son is my assistant in the elaboration of these beautiful dishes.
The creativity when presenting the food is very important especially for our little ones, I hope that these publications are to your liking.

1 mandarina

PREPARACIÓN
Lavamos bien y pelamos cada una de las frutas.
PREPARATION
Wash and peel each of the fruits.
Cortamos 6 o 7 ruedas de mango, que sean aproximadamente del mismo tamaño.
We cut 6 or 7 wheels of mango, approximately the same size.
Cortamos 6 tiras de durazno, y apartamos 2 gajos de mandarina.
Cut 6 strips of peach, and set aside 2 mandarin segments.
Para el tallo de la flor utilicé 3 pitillos delgados (para café).

Sobre los pitillos comencé a armar la flor con las ruedas de mango.

En la parte inferior, coloque los gajos de mandarina, para que sean las hojas de la flor.

Entre cada rueda de mango coloqué una tira de durazno, de forma vertical.

Para darle un toque colorido rellené el centro de la flor con semillas de granada, y coloqué una semilla en cada pétalo.

Así de hermosa quedó, y les cuento que mi hijo se la comió felizzz!
