You're welcome 😊 As I said in the post it's more an idea than a definite recipe.... I've done a few batches since August when the harvest started and each one has been different and in its own way pretty awesome. My last batch was more of a hot tomato sauce with the tomato flavour dominating the pallette... This I've found pairs well with my wife's sour dough flat bread:-) Have fun experimenting!
