Hello everyone, thank you @mipiano for reminding me that I should write something :). Mu behavior reminds me of our pupils (I will start learning tomorrow, next week, for next exam...)> I will make a post for the weekend, next week... until I realize it.s been a month or more :((
ItalicBut I have good excuse: work :D.

So, what is that I have been doing from the beginning of the school year?
It is logical to put paperwork on the top, because all teachers know that it is most important thing, right? Well, at least here; what have you been doing? this, this, that, this, that... did you write reports about those? khmmm nope...then, it didn.t happen.

What are those this and that? Now, here comes the report ;)
One of my favorite activities are those connected with some world day.
World mental health day we celebrated with lecture for all kids, with a guest that is journalist and mental health activist, talking about how different behaviors and mental states are portrayed in media. Starting with the explanation what is mental health, including the fact that most media approach is sensationalistic, we discussed and came to conclusion about DOs and DON.Ts in meeting with such texts. link

Next lecture, media again, with the guest professional in fakes, meaning, pupils could see examples of fake this and fake that and learn some tools how to check info found on the net.
Older generations used to say I only believe my eyes; unfortunately, in the post-truth era, we cannot even be sure about accuracy of what we see.
For example, in this deepfake video Mark is saying the truth, though he would never say that in reality.

We celebrated Children.s week, with the topic for this year: What we need so we can grow. Different activities, writing, painting, dancing. Short description here, for videos no knowledge of language needed.

Then, there were European language day and International day of the girl.

Sex and gender, what the heck is all that mess on the world,s level and where to start when making opinions?
That is what I have tried to explain on the lecture done with biology teacher, after which kids wanted more :). Totally understand why they are confused and even afraid of differences, when politics and ideology are included in interpretation of something that science should be dealing with, great damage is done to everyone.

Those are just highlights, I have been doing other things (many not to be mentioned in this context of positive experiences), but think is enough to explain my absence :P

End of first trimester is so close, best wishes to everyone;
now going to finish some paperwork for tomorrow...yeah, no nonworking days when inspection is announced :/
