mein Freund und ich haben bei uns Zuhause einen richtigen Tropengarten gezüchtet🌴.
Natürlich darf da auch das Super-Food Avocado🥑 nicht fehlen!
In diesem Beitrag möchte ich euch unsere Fortschritte zeigen und eine Erklärung mit kleinen Tipps zum selber machen geben⚒.
Wir besitzen vier Pflanzen im Alter von 1-8 Wochen📆.

In this post I would like to show you our progress and give you an explanation with small tips to do yourself⚒.
We own four plants in the age of 1-8 weeks📆.
Small tip at the beginning🚩

Wir haben eine sehr beliebte Methode genommen, welche sich Wasserglas-Methode nennt🥛🥑.
Bei dieser Methode kann man den Wachstum der Pflanze gut verfolgen.
Wir fangen zunächst damit an eine fast reife bis reife Avocado zu kaufen und schneiden sie dann auf🥑🔪.
Am besten fängt man oben am Stiel an und geht senkrecht einmal rum⬇️⬆️.

ACHTUNG🚩

Nicht zu stark drücken, sonst könnte der Kern beschädigt werden🤕!

Wenn die Hälften getrennt sind, dreht man die linke Seite nach unten⬇️ und die rechte⬆️ Seite nach oben.
Dadurch lockern sie sich voneinander und in einer Seite bleibt der Kern stecken🥑.
Den Kern holt man anschließend mit einem Tee- oder Esslöffel raus🥄, indem man mit dem Löffel unter den Kern fährt🥑🥄.
Mit lauwarmem Wasser spült man den Kern ab🚿🥑 und versucht etwas von der braunen Schale zu entfernen👍.
Wenn das entfernen der Schale zu schwer ist, ist dies nicht schlimm, da sie nach einer Zeit von selbst abplatzt😉.
Wenn dies alles getan ist, nimmt man sich 2-4 Zahnstocher und drück diese vorsichtig, wie auf dem Bild, in die Avocado rein🥑📌.
Nun legt man den Samen mit der Spitze nach oben ins Glas mit dem Wasser🥛 [so, dass die Zahnstocher den Kern am Glasrand halten].
Unser kleiner Kern sollte bis zur hälfte mindestens mit Wasser bedeckt sein.
Dann stellt man das Wasserglas auf ein Fensterbrett☀️ über einer Heizung🔥.

Tipp🚩

Zahnstocher können den Kern verletzen🤕, sodass dieser nicht mehr keimen kann🥀.
Man kann den Kern auch in ein Schnapsglas🥃 oder in eine Espressotasse☕️ legen [ohne Zahnstocher]👍.
Wenn der Kern anfängt sich zu Spalten heißt es, dass er keimt🌱.
Man sollte hierbei auf einen regelmäßigen Wassertausch achten🚰, da sonst der Kern beginnt zu schimmeln.

We have taken a very popular method called a water glass method🥛🥑.
With this method, you can follow the growth of the plant well.
We first start buying an almost ripe to ripe avocado and then cut it open🥑🔪.
It is best to start at the top of the stem and walk around vertically⬇️⬆️.

ATTENTION🚩

Do not press too hard, otherwise the core could be damaged🤕!

When the halves are separated, turn the left side down⬇️ and the right side up⬆️.
As a result, they loosen themselves from each other and the core gets stuck in one side🥑.
The core can then be removed with a tea- or tablespoon by driving the spoon under the core🥄.
With lukewarm water, rinse the core🚿🥑 and try to remove something from the brown peel👍.
If removing the shell is too difficult, this is not bad, as it chips off by itself after a while😉.
When all this is done, you take 2-4 toothpicks and push them in beforehand, as in the picture🥑📌.
Now place the seed with the tip upwards in the glass with the water🥛 [so that the toothpicks hold the core at the edge of the glass].
Our small core should be at least covered with water by half.
Then place the water glass on a window sill☀️ above a heater🔥.

Tip🚩

Toothpicks can hurt the core🤕 so that it can no longer germinate🥀.
You can also put the core in a shot glass🥃 or in an espresso cup☕️.
When the core begins to split, it is said that it germinates🌱.
You should pay attention to a regular water exchange🚰, otherwise the core will start to mold.

Nun hatte unser Kern eine schöne Wurzel und einen kleinen Stamm🌱.
Es wurde Zeit sie einzupflanzen🌱!
Wir nehmen dafür Töpfe mit 15-20cm Durchmesser und füllen dort Blumenerde hinein🎍.
In der Mitte des Topfes sollte ein kleines Loch bleiben⭕️, wo wir gleich die Wurzel reinstecken.
Die Wurzel ins Loch gesteckt👍, Erde rüber gemacht👍, leicht festgedrückt und nun kann man sie etwas gießen🚿.

Tipp🚩

Ab diesem Moment sollte man die Pflanzen an einem hellen und warmen Ort stellen🌱⛅️🔥.
Aber ACHTUNG sie darf nicht in der prallen Sonne stehen☀️❌ !!!

It was time to replant them🌱!
We take pots with a diameter of 15-20cm and fill potting soil into it🎍.
There should be a small hole in the middle of the pot⭕️ where we immediately put the root in.
Put the root in the hole👍, made soil over👍, slightly pressed and now you can eat it a little🚿.

From this moment on, you should place the plants in a bright and warm place🌱⛅️🔥.
But ATTENTION she must not stand in the blazing sun☀️❌ !!!

Unser 8-Wöchiges Bäumchen ist schon 51cm hoch ohne Wurzel🔝.
Es besitzt mittlerweile 7 Blätter und das 8, ist im Anmarsch🏃‍♀🌿!
Der Stamm ist fast wie Gummi, nur zerbrechlich💔!
Also Achtung, am besten keinen starken Windzug ranlassen💨❌.
Die Erde muss immer feucht bleiben, am besten man besprüht diese im Topf🔫.
Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, kann man die Pflanze auch an die frische Luft stellen🌤.
Im Sommer, wenn es dauerhaft warm ist darf unsere Pflanze auch über Nacht draußen bleiben🌚🎍.
Nach vier bis sechs Jahren trägt so ein Baum das erste Mal Blüten🌸. Leider müssen die Blüten fremdbestäubt🖌🦋🐝 werden, da sich am Baum männliche🚹 und weibliche🚺 Blüten befinden.
Die Avocado ist somit eine Zwitterpflanze [sie enthält beide Arten von Blüten-Geschlechtern🌸🚻.]

Tipp🚩

Wenn die Avocado Pflanze den vierten Blatttrieb bekommt🍃, kann man diesem mit einer Gartenschere abknipsen - woraufhin sich auch langsam Triebe an den Seiten bilden🌾.

Our 8-week tree is already 51cm high without root🔝.
It now has 7 sheets and the 8th is approaching🏃‍♀🌿!
The trunk is almost like rubber, only fragile💔!
So beware, it's best not to let a strong wind train go💨❌.
The soil must always remain moist, it is best to spray it in the pot🔫.
When it gets warmer outside, you can also put the plant in the fresh air🌤.
In summer, when it is permanently warm, our plant may also stay outside overnight🌚🎍.
After four to six years, such a tree bears flowers for the first time🌸. Unfortunately, the flowers have to be pollinated🖌🦋🐝, as there are male🚹 and female🚺 flowers on the tree.
The avocado is therefore a hermaphrodite plant [it contains both types of flower sexes🌸🚻.]

Tip🚩

When the avocado plant gets the fourth leaf shoot🍃, you can snap it off with pruning shears - after which shoots slowly form on the sides🌾.
