UPDATE: For anyone who has had a stage 3 diagnosis and been given the all-clear. You are still cancer-free. I apologise to anyone who reads my blog and gets triggered by my story. I was, to quote my doctors, "extremely unlucky". Please bully back any fears with the facts of your 'all-clear' news and positive mantras. I should have made my post clearer in that belief is a powerful tool for those of us who are facing any challenges in life, whatever they may be.
