CILOR

Hi ecency friends,,
I'm back,,
This time I just finished buying some delicious food in my opinion....
Here we call it "cilor" why is it called that,,, because it is made from "aci" which is sago flour, and coated with "telor" (eggs)

After the "aci" balls are skewered using satay skewers, they are dipped in egg batter and then fried.
And wait until it is cooked brown..
Cilor is ready to be served...

Don't forget to include chili sauce in serving it... and enjoy it while it's still warm.

Cilor is sold for Rp 1000 for one skewer.
