and lastly, do I need to first participate in aPower Up day in order to start a PUM ?
I think I saw a message that said I was automatically registered after the recent participation in the PUD.

    No, you don't need to participate in a Power Up Day (PUD) first to start the Power Up Month (PUM) challenge. However, if you do it, it's a great way to kickstart your PUM journey.
