Ukrainian forces are canceling all of the agreements and why not when you are fully capable of crushing the Red army the most beard military in the entire world on your battlefield as well as being able to take back vast amounts of territory that were invaded. It doesn't make any sense to negotiate with Russian forces especially when it's been well known they can't keep their word. That fact really is a big deal in this conflict. Before you once could rely on Russian forces to be able to keep their word however these days that is not the case.
