It's a lot of work to write a document and write the version revision amendments to it every week, that is worth at least a couple bux, plus gathering votes on the amended document for review and re-review are extremely important if you want to accurately determine consensus for the final document and get some eyeballs on it.

I'm not gonna make people go to this link for this version and then go to that link for that revision and so on. One link to the most current version is the best way to go. Hive5.info
Understandable, but thats whats called "Recycling" content and its frowned upon.
You could just decline the rewards and it would be fine writing the same over and over again.
