I believe this law or statue is unconstitutional and it would go to Supreme Court. The constitution makes clear the only restrictions and this isn’t one of them. Legitimately would take a amendment to change it not just some random “law” but we live in a totally corrupt system so maybe it stands. It shouldn’t though! Let the people decide

Bruce Reinhart, the Florida judge who signed off on FBI raiding Donald Trump’s house, used to represent Jeffrey Epstein's employees in court. (Daily Mail)

Reinhart became a magistrate judge four years ago after spending 10 years in the private sector where he worked with some of Epstein's staff.

Namely, he helped the disgraced financier's pilots, his scheduler Sarah Kellen, and a woman Epstein called his “Yugoslavian sex slave” - Nadia Marcinkova.

It turns out that the warrant was issued by Bruce Reinhart, a U.S. magistrate for the Southern District of Florida. Surprise, surprise, right wing media are ignoring the scope of the warrant, instead focusing on the facts that some of his former clients from the time when he was in private practice were employees of Jeffrey Epstein (it comes as a shock to them that loathsome people can have attorneys?) and that he once donated to Obama (oddly, they fail to mention that he also donated to Jeb Bush). The right wing media also fail to mention that Reinhart was appointed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, which has a majority of Republican-appointed judges and, of those Republican judges, a majority were appointed by Trump.
