The New York Times admits Hunter Biden's laptop is real.

For more than a year, big tech and mainstream media insisted that Hunter Biden's so-called "laptop from hell" is Russian disinformation. Now a recent New York Times article states the laptop is authentic:

Hunter Biden Paid Tax Bill, but Broad Federal Investigation Continues

...
Last year, prosecutors interviewed Mr. Archer and subpoenaed him for documents and grand jury testimony, the people said. Mr. Archer, who was sentenced last month in an unrelated securities fraud case in which a decision to set aside his conviction was reversed, had served with Mr. Biden on Burisma’s board, starting in 2014.

People familiar with the investigation said prosecutors had examined emails between Mr. Biden, Mr. Archer and others about Burisma and other foreign business activity. Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.

In some of the emails, Mr. Biden displayed a familiarity with FARA, and a desire to avoid triggering it.

Hunter Biden's laptop was first reported in 2020. It was regarded as Russian disinformation and discussions about the laptop was actively censored by big tech. Twitter even locked out official New York Post twitter account:

Jack Dorsey says blocking Post’s Hunter Biden story was ‘total mistake’ — but won’t say who made it

...
At a congressional hearing on misinformation and social media, Dorsey said Twitter made a “total mistake” by barring users from sharing The Post’s bombshell October report about Hunter Biden’s emails.

Twitter also locked The Post out of its account for more than two weeks over baseless charges that the exposé used hacked information — a decision Dorsey chalked up to a “process error.”
...
But Dorsey dodged a question from Rep. Steve Scalise about who decided to freeze the 200-year-old newspaper’s account.

The initial report by New York Post is as follows:

Smoking-gun email reveals how Hunter Biden introduced Ukrainian businessman to VP dad

Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.

The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

The blockbuster correspondence — which flies in the face of Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” — is contained in a massive trove of data recovered from a laptop computer.

The computer was dropped off at a repair shop in Biden’s home state of Delaware in April 2019, according to the store’s owner.

Other material extracted from the computer includes a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.

Maybe it's finally okay to talk freely about Hunter Biden's laptop on Twitter and other big tech platforms now.

I'm just waiting for the news that a stray "Russian" missile has hit Burisma HQ in Ukraine and that "regrettably" all the communications, documents and email servers which have any reference to Hunter Biden have sadly been destroyed ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if that happens.
