The system of nature is at the same time the system of our mind.

As long as I myself am identical with nature, I understand what living nature is as well as I understand my own life.

Understand how this general life of nature reveals itself in manifold forms in gradual developments in gradual approaches to freedom.

But as soon as I separate myself and with me all ideal from nature, I am left with nothing but a dead object and I cease to understand how a life apart from me is possible.

But that was just poetry... Romanticism,,, Such theses need not be refuted at all.. "thinks" science..

While Keppler and other rationalists/ materialists meant that the world would be reasonably built by God and thus would be thinkable/ comprehensible by us humans..
Even Kant thought: metaphysical cognitions are impossible as long as we are humans.
(Where I also have problems with the terminology - similar to "natural/ supernatural" - Kant probably also didnt knew gnosis)

For many, the Critique of Pure Reason was thus something depressing..

For Kant, at least, there was also an existence behind the physical-sensual....

All formulas have certain epistemological presuppositions, which can be named and discussed.

Premises and basic assumptions are key.

Even if: Nobel prizes are awarded for theories of a dead cosmos and nobody dares to speak of a living one at all....

that was mystical... poetic... romantic... subjective... unscientific...

Or to put it another way....:

A thing is a thing that pretends to be a thing, and is therefore under constant and common compulsion to prove and testify that it is what it pretends to be, and that it really was what it is.

Philosophie ist nichts anderes als eine Naturgeschichte unseres Geistes.

Wir betrachten das System unserer Vorstellungen nicht in seinem Sein, sondern in seinem Werden.
Die Philosophie wird genetisch.
Von nun an ist zwischen Erfahrung und Spekulation keine Trennung mehr.
Das System der Natur ist zugleich das System unsers Geistes, und jetzt erst, nachdem die große Synthesis vollendet ist, kehrt unser Wissen zur Analysis (zum Forschen und Versuchen) zurück.

Das System der Natur ist zugleich das System unseres Geistes.

Solange ich selbst mit der Natur identisch bin, verstehe ich was lebendige Natur ist so gut als ich mein eigenes Leben verstehe.

Begreife wie dieses allgemeine Leben der Natur in mannigfaltigsten Formen in stufenmäßigen Entwicklungen in allmälichen Annäherungen zur Freiheit sich offenbart.

Sobald ich aber mich und mit mir alles Ideale von der Natur trenne, bleibt mir nichts übrig als ein totes Objekt und ich höre auf zu begreifen wie ein Leben außer mir möglich ist.

Der Erkennende und das Erkannte sind das Selbe.

Aber das war ja nur Dichtung.. Romantizismus,, Solche Thesen braucht man gar nicht widerlegen.. denkt "Wissenschaft"..

Während Keppler und andere Rationalisten/ Materialisten meinten, dass die Welt von Gott vernünftig gebaut und somit von uns Menschen nachdenkbar/ nachvollziehbar wäre..
Meinte selbst Kant: metaphysische Erkenntnisee sind unmöglich so lange wir Menschen sind.
(wobei ich auch da Probleme mit den Begrifflichkeiten habe - ähnlich wie bei "natürlich/ übernatürlich" - Kant kannte wohl auch keine Gnosis)

Für Viele war die Kritik der reinen Vernunft somit etwas Deprimierendes..

Bei Kant gab es zumindest auch noch eine Existenz hinter dem Physisch-Sinnlichem..

Alle Formeln haben bestimmte erkenntnistheoretische Voraussetzungen, welche man benennen und worüber man auch diskutieren kann.

Prämissen und Grundannahmen sind der Schlüssel.

Auch wenn: für Theorien eines toten Kosmos Nobelpreise vergeben werden und sich niemand überhaupt traut von einem Lebendigem zu sprechen..

das sei ja mystisch.. dichterisch.. romantisch.. subjektiv.. unwissenschaftlich..

Oder anders gesagt....:

Ein Ding ist ein Ding, das vorgibt ein Ding zu sein, und steht daher in ständigem und gängigem Zwang zu beweisen und zu bezeugen, dass es das, was es vorgibt zu sein, auch ist, und dass es das, was es ist, auch sei.
