Full report from the Bitcoin Conference Amsterdam 2022 with Gabriel Shipton and Stella Assange (October 12, 2022)

Before they went after Wikileaks publisher Julian Assange, the establishment locked out Wikileaks from using their crowd funding platforms. So only one option to raise funds remained: Bitcoin. Because of that, there’s a special relationship between the early adopters of Bitcoin and Julian Assange. A while ago, Stella Assange (Julian’s wife) and Gabriel Shipton (Julian's brother), appeared as guest speakers at the Bitcoin Amsterdam conference in Amsterdam.

In this report we first see Dutch activist Djamila le Pair interview Gabriel about the recent developments in the case of Julian Assange in front of the information booth she was allowed to host in the exhibition hall. This is followed by a part of Stella’s address in the main auditorium, as taken from the live stream.
