Black night shade spinach from my garden good for ulcers

This small spinach plant that I'm holding in my hand has so many medicinal properties. It can be easily grown in our house and even in pots. This plant cannot withstand too much of heat and at the same time it cannot live without sun light as well. These are some of the plants that we can easily grow in our garden.

This plant is called Manathakkaali in Tamil and Mani Thakkali in Malayalam denoting beed Tomato. I guess both tomato and this plant belong to the same family if I'm not wrong.

I found from google that this plant is called black night shade in English. For people having stomach ulcers and mouth ulcers, this plant leaves are ideal medicine. We can either consume the leaves directly or cook it like spinach and have them.

The fruits of this plant is also good to eat and tastes good even though it is very small. It is usually dried with salt and a pickle is made out of it.
