약 1년동안의 대규모 리모델링을 마치고 다시 오픈했어요.
딸아이와 그동안 송촌도서관으로 다녔는데 어떻게 바뀌었는지 기대가 됩니다.
건물 중앙에 입구가 있었는데 입구가 오른쪽으로 변경됐어요.

1층이 엄청 넓어졌어요.
어린이 자료실, 유아실의 면적을 전보다 두배이상 확장했다.
자료실 내 별도의 수유실, 유아용 화장실도 마련했으며 그림책을 읽어주는 '루카', 어린이 멀티미디어 학습장치 등 영아,유아 및 어린이를 위한 독서 흥미 유발 기기들을 비치해 어린이와 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 독서 환경을 조성했네요.

16대의 테블릿 PC가 준비된 자료실 내 이색공간, 상상의 숲은 영화관람뿐만 아니라 온오프라인 간행물, 오디오북 열람도 가능하다.

카페, 문화예술실(악기연주실), 문화강좌실, 독서강좌실, 동아리실, 소그룹실, 휴게실, 커뮤니티 라운지, 옥상정원이 마련돼 도서관의 기능이 도서 열람·대출, 학습공간을 넘어 지역 주민의 휴식 공간은 물론, 커뮤니티 활성화, 취미생활도 지원할 수 있게 됐다.
Cafes, culture and arts rooms (instrument performance rooms), culture lecture rooms, reading lecture rooms, club rooms, small group rooms, rest rooms, community lounges, and rooftop gardens will be provided to support local residents' rest areas as well as community revitalization and hobbies beyond reading, lending, and learning spaces.
