TeamPH Provides Opportunity! "Land is still King", whether its in the Real World or the Metaverse

"When Land?" - I can't tell you how many times I have heard this slogan on Town Halls, The Mav Chat, as well as on popular Splinterlands Influencers Vlogs. Its here now, and whilst OG players have had an opportunity to pick up land plots quite a while back, at relatively inexpensive prices and have earnt from the airdrops, recent players including myself have yet to pick up any and are thinking, "What's the move?" I think it has been made apparent that Land will be extremely valuable moving forward and is reflected through a steady increase in price. In my opinion, there are lot of things to invest in right now, and whilst still in a bear market, people may lack the funds to invest in all aspects of Splinterlands or may have depleted there allocated resources on previous products.

With this being said, TeamPH offers an opportunity for our Community to Own Land. We have launched a 0% interest Mortgage Scheme, accessible to our Community Members who have at least 10,000 TeamPH Tokens Staked (This acts as your collateral and shows your dedication to the TeamPH) which allows our community to pay over a period of 12 months. I have put the terms for your perusal:

1. Community Members with 10,000 Staked TeamPH Tokens may avail
2. This Land Mortgage scheme offered is to be paid over 12 Months
   at 0% interest.
3. The cost of Land will be based on Current Asking Price via
   Tribaldex, and from their Fixed monthly terms will be agreed.
4. There is a 10% down payment required upfront
5. With Each Payment made, an additional 270PHP (Payments can be
   made in Hive / SPS / DEC or Gcash) will be required.
6. This 270PHP will be rebated to the player as Staked TeamPH
   Token.
7. Should a Community Member Cancel the deal for any reason, they
   will receive 50% of payments made. The initial 10% paid up
   front will be forfeited.
8. 2 months of missed payments and the land deal will be
   automatically cancelled.
9. If the player would like to settle their balance earlier than
   the 12 months, this is also possible however the 270PHP per
   month will still be required and rebated in TeamPH tokens
   prior to the land plot being sent to the player.
   10.Land Plots will be kept by TeamPH until full payment is
   completed.
