Hi friends. Most of the students do not like the math lesson very much, there are those who love mathematics among us, but I think that there are more people who are not good with mathematics 😅 While I loved it in some periods of my education life, I even hated it in some periods. I think this is a little bit about the person who teaches, that is, the teacher, when we love the teacher, we love the lesson, so I can say this from myself.

Selam arkadaşlar. Öğrencilerin geneli matematik dersini pek sevmezler, aramızda matematiği sevenler illâki vardır ama matematikle arası iyi olmayanlar daha fazladır diye düşünüyorum 😅 Bende öğrenim hayatımın bazı dönemlerinde çok severken bazı dönemlerinde nefret dahi ettiğim olmuştur. Sanırım bu durum biraz da öğreten kişiyle yani öğretmenle alakalı öğretmenini sevdiğimizde dersinide seviyoruz yani ben kendimden hareketle bunu söyleyebilirim.

Today, I will tell you about a place about mathematics that I visited in the past days. From the very beginning, it makes you feel the breeze of mathematics with a huge abacus. This is Aziz Nesin Mathematics Village. Students from all over Turkey come here in groups on certain dates and at certain intervals, and they organize activities and classes here in the form of camps. Various activities are designed in this village to make students love mathematics. In this village, which has a huge library, I think you can easily find any book you want, but as far as I can see, there are more digital books. There is also an open and covered colorful amphitheater classroom. Students here discuss many different topics aloud. Students who wish can play fun games with social activities such as tennis and chess.
Bende bugün sizlere geçen günlerde ziyaretine gitmiş olduğum matematik ile ilgili bir yerden bahsedeceğim. Daha girişinden itibaren kocaman bir abaküsüyle matematik esintisini hissettiriyor. Burası Aziz Nesin Matematik Köyü. Burada belli tarihlerde, belirle aralıklarla Türkiye'nin her yerinde öğrenciler grup halinde gelip kamp şeklinde burada etkinlikler ve dersler yapıyorlar, bu köyde öğrencilere matematiği sevdirmek için çeşitli etkinlikler tasarlanmış. Kocaman kütüphanesi olan bu köyde bence istediğiniz her türlü kitabı rahatlıkla bulabilirsiniz ancak benim gördüğüm kadarıyla daha çok sayısal kitaplar mevcut. Çevresi açık üstü kapalı rengarenk bir amfi dersliği de bulunmakta. Öğrenciler burada sesli şekilde bir çok farklı konu tartışıyorlar. İsteyen öğrenciler tenis, satranç gibi sosyal aktiviteli eğlenceli oyunlar oynuyorlar.

This is a lush village surrounded by trees among the mountains, it is impossible not to admire its greenery. The streets are quite clean, and there are beautiful flowers in places. The roads are paved with stones and there are old stone mansions inside. Since there are many trees, you can benefit from the shade, but since it is a little low compared to its surroundings, the air is a little flattened due to the sweltering heat and humidity of the summer.
Dağların arasında ağaçların sarıp sarmaladığı yemyeşil bir köy burası, yeşilliğine hayran olmamak elde değil. Sokakları ise oldukça temiz, yer yer göze hoş gelen çiçeklendirmeler de yapılmış. Yolları taşlarla döşeli ve içinde eski taş konakları bulunmakta. Çok sayıda ağacı olduğu için gölgelerden faydalanabilirsiniz ancak çevresine göre biraz alçakta olduğundan, yaz ayının bunaltıcı sıcaklarından ve nemden dolayı havası biraz basık oluyor.

There was no place to eat or drink in Aziz Nesin Mathematics Village, at least we couldn't find it. Otherwise, we didn't even take water with us, when we got really hungry and thirsty, we decided to hit the road and our math village adventure ended in this way. Maybe if we studied here, we would all love math 😊
Aziz Nesin Matematik Köyünde birşeyler yiyip içmeye bir yer yoktu, en azından biz bulamadık. Aksi gibi yanımıza su dahi almamıştık, iyice acıkıp susayınca yola koyulalım dedik ve matematik köyü maceramız bu şekilde sonlandı. Belki burada eğitim görseydik hepimiz matematiği çok severdik😊
