We went to work in the field right next to the Trukuaz Lake in Ermenek, which has a unique beauty, after a call from an acquaintance yesterday evening. Our job actually seemed very simple. But when we woke up in the morning and went to the field, we were faced with an extreme heat in the lake. The heat of the weather made our work very difficult. The only thing I saw as positive was to look at the view and relax.

Actually, the day had started well. I had a nice time having a nice breakfast against the view and chatting with the other workers I met there. I've always been happy because I've only been interested in the scenic part of the lake until now. Even though the lake made me feel hungry, an extreme tiredness came over me due to the heat. But despite that, I had to spend the day working somehow.

I want to tell you about our work. We arrived next to the almond trees lined up in rows, which are estimated to be 10 years old. We had worker gloves to protect our hands and hats to protect us from the sun. Everyone had buckets and poles in their hands. We started by laying big tents under the almond trees. Afterwards, we started hitting the branches of the almond trees with the poles we had in order to bring the dried almonds down onto those tents. Every time we hit the almonds landed on the tents. Three people were assigned to one tree. One person was hitting the tree with a pole to drop the almonds, another person was laying a tent on the edge of the almond trees, one person was filling the spilled almonds first into buckets and then into sacks. This process took an average of fifteen minutes for each tree. In this way, we continued our work throughout the day. At the end of the day, we loaded the sacks into the truck.

I will talk about the environment I live in today. I've worked with like ten people. I've never seen any but three of them before in my life. Everyone was trying to work and earn money. These people, who are generally middle-aged, were quite experienced in this business in my opinion. I tried to create a friendly environment. I asked them to share their experiences. I listened to their problems during work or during short breaks. Each of them had their own problem. I gave a pep talk to most of them and tried to comfort them a little bit.

But there was one officer called a sergeant. This person was constantly advising people to work faster. People were already overwhelmed by the effect of that extreme hot weather. I noticed that they were uncomfortable with that person, and they were both hot and had to take it, so their mood dropped. I was experiencing the same feelings. But they couldn't raise their voices because they had to. I became the voice of other workers by telling that person that what he did in a humorous way was wrong because I was more comfortable. After my warning, I realized that he started to act more sincerely. Each of the other workers now approached me more sincerely and began to see me as their son and brother. This made me very happy.

That sergeant treated me like a friend and started to be more sincere. He offered me to work together in several places. As you can understand when I told you, our environment was nice and sincere. But I would like to state that I still feel this tiredness. I can't remember another day when I felt the effect of hot weather so much. It's been a nice experience for me.
