Prioritize My Own Well-being || Lesson I Learned This Year Loh week #166

Good day beautiful ladies of hive, it's been a while I participated in the community challenge. I came across the topic recently and I decided to hop on it

What is the one lesson or knowledge you learned this year that benefitted you as a lady?

Basically it was all about 2023 and I think I should use this medium to wish my family and supporters a Happy New Year 🥰💓. As a lady what I benefitted in the last year 2023 was numerous that I can't mention it all. I think one of the most valuable lesson I've learned this year is the importance of self-care. it's easy to get caught up in trying to please everyone and be "perfect." But I've learned that it's just as important to take care of myself, to rest, and to prioritize my own well-being. This has made me a better, more balanced, and I think it's something. As a lady, I think it's especially important to remember to put yourself first sometimes. Most times when you try to please people or your loved ones, you might end up getting hurt by them and even regret later on. I regretted meeting some certain people in the year 2023 and I also learned from it since then.

Now is the time to decide what is truly important and re-center my priorities. Have boundaries in your personal relationships express your feelings and what is bothering you. And you don’t need to let other people’s opinions and attitudes rule your life. It is hard to say “yes” to everything and everyone and still find time for yourself and your inner peace or therapy sessions. I've learned how to create and set boundaries to some things, sometimes work-family-me balance is hard to achieve (for some, it might be a myth), but you can learn how to say "no", delegate some of your responsibilities, change them, and set clear expectations with your team, family and friends. And every of my actions benefited me this year and I'm glad because I never regretted my actions 🥰🥰
