I do the CPR/AED for Adult and infant certification every two years. Need to go his coming April, I believe, to get recertified. I know exactly what you mean, once you get there, it's not a big deal, but for some reason, my mind builds it up into a bigger thing than it really is.
The AED's that we've been training on, literally talk you thru the whole process, too... so, even easier.
We have those AEDs aswell and all is so much easier but this must be done one a year to stay connected to the 911 server as backup to ambulance and police to arrive.
And the feeling before is so much different when I am done with the procedure and done for a year again. Mind is weird sometimes
