Good day and happy new week! Amazing people of the hive block chain welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #ladiesofhive community, and I am so delighted to be participating in this week's prompt topic: What brings true happiness, and how important is it to you to pursue it?
Peace of mind is one thing I don't joke about because once I have peace of mind, I am happy. If there is something I promise myself, I will always make myself happy, no matter the problem or challenges of life. I promise myself that I will live a happy life as long as I am still breathing.
I have come to understand that I have to accept everything with joy and happiness. I appreciate the little I have with an open heart and happiness. Most people think that happiness comes when you are wealthy or when you have all the material things of the world. I have seen someone who has all these things but still is not happy within herself. That is when I got to understand that happiness is beyond material things.
I made a decision over the years that no matter what I see or face, I will always be happy. I got to realise it is in our hands to make ourselves happy. Happiness is one thing that comes from our inner mind. That is why I try my possible best to always free my mind because I don't want anything that will make me sad, not even for a second. That is why I said earlier that if you have peace of mind, your happiness is sure.
Every day I wake up, I always do my best to stay out of negative energy or a negative vibe. Waking up every morning to see the beautiful faces of my family gives me joy and happiness. Knowing that we are alive and seeing another beautiful day gives me joy, happiness, and peace of mind.
After my dad's death, I got to understand that there is nothing in this world. Why will I be disturbing myself over something that I will leave and go to my creator one day? That was the day I made this decision that every moment of my life I will cherish like my last, only do things that will make me happy. That was the day I stopped burdening myself with something.
Knowing that I have God who is always there to care for and provide for me makes me happy. It is the main secret to happiness. I stay hopeful and positive every day. I don't allow the challenges of life to take away my true happiness.
There are many things that give true happiness for me. The greatest of it all is inner peace of mind. There is this happiness within when you are at peace with yourself and people around you. Most of my friends know that I am always a happy girl.
I don’t believe that one can only be happy when he or she achieves something big. Never allow anything to take away your happiness, no matter what. Always remember that happiness is the key to a long life.
Always know that happiness comes from the inner mind. Always do things that make you happy.
