Today I will try to share something new with you. Today I ate a lot of food together so I thought I'd share it with you.

1. Lemon pickle
   In this dish, lemon slices are marinated with various spices, especially red chili powder, salt and mustard oil. The sour taste of lemon and the combination of spices creates a wonderful taste. It can be eaten with hot rice or as a snack.

1. Amra Bharta
   In this picture, raw amra is served with spices, salt and dry chillies. It creates a combination of sour, salty and mildly sweet taste. It makes the tongue water while eating, and it also helps in cleansing the stomach.

After eating them, the mind becomes refreshed with a burst of sour taste. Eating raw mango or amra on hot days keeps the body cool and the sour taste also quenches our thirst. These dishes are very easy to make and are always a hit with family or friends.

1. Guava paste is made by cutting raw guava into small pieces and mixing it with salt, dry chili powder, little chaat masala and mustard oil. The sweet and sour taste of raw guava is mixed with spices to create a unique taste.

Guava paste is a food that gives a salty-sour taste sensation when eaten. Its crispy texture and spiced pieces give a different kind of satisfaction when you pop them in your mouth. It is very popular as an afternoon snack or during a chat. Guava contains a lot of vitamin C, which is beneficial for the body.

Guava paste is available from village bazaars to city oligli. This mix of sour, salty and mildly sweet fills anyone's heart. It is a healthy and quick meal.
