I use two forks and it comes out perfect. I also do it warm and it parts like the Sea of Galilee.

I make most things from scratch if I have time. I also freeze, use a crock pot, and all the fun little toys to make cooking from scratch simpler. Thanks, @silversaver888 ! for the Token!
