Prices are going nuts everywhere! It's hard to stretch those grocery dollars and still eat as we might have been eating. A lot of people may need to get creative with their meals.
As for gas; I read an article stating that gas prices were highest along the west coast, because we have don't have any refineries. I'm here to tell you we have one in our county and one in the next county down, yet we still have some of the highest prices! The oil companies are just taking advantage and their record profits show it.
It angers me that they do that, and the higher cost of food is crazy. But honestly, what are we going to do but deal with it?
I went to the grocery yesterday to pick up cheese and some lettuce. I added a bottle of seltzer water and the total for 3 packages of cheese, lettuce and that seltzer water was over $25.00.
