I am sorry you had such a bad day. I know how badly that stuff affects you. At least you were able to vent to someone sympathetic, and by the ocean no less.

I might suggest the book Your Money or Your Life by Joe Domingo (I think). It was a huge help to us when we survived on a single disability income for 20 years....
