Dear empowered ladies of the hive, I hope everything is going great for you. Delighted to be able to share a new week participating in this community contest, thanks to @thekittygirl for making us reflect with this interesting topic.
Society is always made up of diversity, the way we understand life and how we agree with each other, to achieve common goals. Undoubtedly, giving the parameters and establishing the importance that each person has in the constitution of society is extremely important, because it is about achieving that everything is carried out, respecting the position of each person in order to consolidate harmony in all areas.
This is how we must always keep in mind that in order to have a full society, full of all the good things at a collective level, we must think of others as much as of ourselves, to be able to make the right decisions that favor all those who are part of this society. This being the basis, it could be said that everything depends on the way we deal with the difficulties that may arise along the way, we must have the ability to be tolerant, respectful and always be willing to put ourselves in the shoes of others, in order to understand their processes and the reason for some disagreements, which give way to even better understanding.
Queridas y empoderadas damas de la colmena, espero todo esté marchando de maravilla para ustedes. Encantada de poder compartir una nueva semana participando en este concurso comunitario, gracias a @thekittygirl por hacernos reflexionar con este tema tan interesante.
La sociedad está compuesta siempre por la diversidad, la forma de entender la vida y como nos ponemos de acuerdo unos con otros, para lograr objetivos comunes. Sin duda alguna, otorgar los parámetros y establecer la importancia que tiene cada persona en la constitución de la sociedad es sumamente importante, porque se trata de lograr que todo se lleve a cabo, respetando la posición de cada quien para así poder consolidar la armonía en todos los ámbitos.
Es así como debemos siempre tener presente, que para que exista una sociedad plena y llena de todo lo bueno a nivel colectivo, debemos pensar en el otro tanto como en nosotros mismos, para poder tomar decisiones acertadas, que favorezcan a todos los que forman parte de esta sociedad. Siendo esto la base, se podría decir que todo depende de la manera en la que lidiemos con las dificultades que en el camino se pueden presentar, debemos tener esa capacidad de ser tolerantes, respetuosos y siempre estar dispuestos a ponernos en los zapatos de otros, para así comprender sus procesos y el porqué de algunos desacuerdos, que den paso aún mejor entendimiento.

Women throughout history have shown what we are made of and how we achieve wonderful things even in times of crisis, I think that like everything there could be some kind of friction because as imperfect humans we are not exempt from arguing from time to time. But except for this, we are warriors, fighters and we are always up to the challenge that comes our way, because beyond being women, we understand the strength that is present in our hearts and what we are capable of giving.
As in any society, it is necessary to establish rules of coexistence that allow harmony in all aspects and make clear the importance of complying with them for the healthy development of a society full of women who know what they want and fight for the common good. I have always considered that as women in us there is that sorority that makes us unique, that leads us to echo so many causes that even if they are not ours, we live them and we always try to support them.
Las mujeres a lo largo de la historia hemos demostrado de que estamos hechas y como logramos cosas maravillosas aún en épocas de crisis, creo que como todo podría existir algún tipo de roces porque como humanos imperfectos no estamos exentos de llegar a discutir de vez en cuando. Pero exceptuando esto, somos unas guerreras, luchadoras y siempre estamos a la altura del reto que se nos presenta, porque más allá de ser mujer, entendemos la fortaleza que está presente en nuestros corazones y lo que somos capaces de dar.
Cómo en toda sociedad, es necesario establecer normas de convivencia que permitan llevar una armonía en todos los aspectos y que se deje en claro la importancia de cumplir las mismas para el sano desarrollo de una sociedad llena de mujeres que saben lo que quieren y luchan por el bienestar común. Siempre he considerado que como mujeres en nosotras existe esa sororidad que nos hace únicas, que nos lleva a hacernos eco de tantas causas que aunque no sean nuestras, las vivimos y tratamos de apoyarlas siempre.
Then, cultivating and having as a flag the empathy that is always present in our feminine nature, will make each and every one of us, we will be able to work to achieve collective goals that have become common. Peace and tranquility would reign because we would understand that we work in favor of our equals and to consolidate a society based on respect, order, the expression of ideas and above all in a diversity of thoughts and lifestyles full of nuances.
The collective work and the union of all of us as one, without disputes or rivalries will make the world a better place, where we leave a mark that cannot be erased and make a difference day after day. I am convinced that even in today's society where men and women share, women have the gift to fight, to struggle and above all to create a magic that surrounds everything known to transform it.
Entonces, cultivando y teniendo como bandera la empatía que está siempre presente en nuestra naturaleza femenina, hará que todas y cada una de nosotras, nos acoplemos y logremos trabajar por conseguir metas colectivas que se volvieron comunes. La paz y la tranquilidad reinarían porque entenderíamos que trabajamos en pro de nuestras iguales y por consolidar una sociedad que esté basada en el respeto, el orden, la expresión de las ideas y sobre todo en una diversidad de pensamientos y estilos de vida llenos de matices.
El trabajo colectivo y la unión de todas nosotras como una sola, sin disputas ni rivalidades hará del mundo un lugar mejor, en dónde dejemos una huella que no pueda ser borrada y marquemos la diferencia día tras día. Estoy convencida de que aun en la sociedad actual en dónde hombres y mujeres compartimos, la mujer tiene ese don de batallar, luchar y sobre todo crear una magia que envuelve todo lo conocido para transformarlo.
Así que sin duda es posible que una sociedad sea creada, más allá de rivalidades y algunas desavenencias, somos nosotras quienes decidimos el rumbo de nuestra historia y el modo en el que impactamos de manera positiva todo lo que nos rodea. Nacimos para marcar la diferencia y luchar por nuestros ideales, siendo esto una de las características que hacen de nosotras las mujeres guerreras incansables, empoderadas y llenas del poder del amor en toda su expresión.

This is absolutely necessary. For even when we think we are all civilize, there will always be a time when things go the other way. Rules are what make us guarded in a sense that knowing someone who would be breaking them will face consequences.

You are right very often we think we are cautious but we can at any time be wrong, I think the rules of coexistence will always be important for that very reason.
