When my father was battling in the hospital, I was on duty but I did a video call with my fam.. I saw how he struggled to death at it pained me watching him and doing nothing for him. I cried a lot that day..your story brought back those painful memories.. I wish I didn't see him dying... It's harder to move on..
But you were in a situation where you know that you'll die soon, will you inform our family about it? How will you handle the situation knowing that your remaining days are already counted?
I'm curious about what people will think about it..

I think it's important to tell your loved ones. Although it wouldn't be easy to do.
I would try to spend all this time with them so that they would have as many memories as possible at the end and no reservations about themselves.
I know well that my husband fought until the very end.
Although watching our loved ones die at the end, it can replace many nice memories from our entire life. It is a huge experience that remains engraved in our memory whether we like it or not.
