How nice, maybe it's something you already have planned as part of your routine and it's your moment of self care and disconnection, even if it's a short time, it helps you to balance your life, something that is super necessary. I just got home from work a little stressed and I'm going to sit down and watch an episode of You, I deserve it after such a hard week, sometimes these little breaths are what keep me sane 🤣 😂

Yeah sometimes it helps and saves you from stress and helps you to unwind. However for me, I don't like to binge watch any movies or TV shows because it might make me lazy, but just one hour or 30 minutes can be fine for me.
