LOH Community Weekly Challenge #256 : I Am A Ginger Spice

‎Life is full of interesting challenges. Sometimes sweet, often bitter, seldom sour, or anything. As a human you need to balance the taste of life so you could have a better life. In this week's challenge I would like to answer the first question. Of I would be a spice, I would like to be a ginger.

‎Ginger is one of the most popular spice to combat slimyness of such food like exotic fish, beef broth, and many other viscous elements. Ginger is spicy or it extracts spiciness that is bearable unlike chili. Ginger has strong aroma that dominates other spices in a soup or fried recipe but ginger is more useful to raw foods especially like " kinilaw" a Philippine raw version of eating fish.

I see myself as a ginger because I know I am a very strong person standing all the waves that come into my life. Just like the ginger it always give extra, extra spicy, extra strong blasts. The ginger is not just a spice but also a herbal medicine. Just like me I'm not just a human needed to love but also I have another purpose, like helping others, taking care of the environment and making my family bond more stronger and capable.

Life may be very difficult like how you peel a ginger, but you have to dominate beyond your problems in order to succeed. And like a ginger, find your other purpose so you could live a more meaningful and purposeful life. Just like a ginger make your life useful in the society, bold and strong, tasty and progressive.

Yes you are right. It's really helpful. It has lots of health benefits not just a spice

Ginger is bold and peppery. I like Ginger and have used it for different things as a spice. To cook as a tea and flavour. Sometimes, too, I eat it raw. Thank you for sharing how it aligns with your personality.

I experience it also. Eating raw especially when I had a cough.

Yes, you are correct. I do keep it dry and preserve it for such purpose and keeping my self warm 😌

For me it's like my personality it's a strong spice and not just a spice but it helps us on health problems and that's what I like to do in real life: to help
