[ESP-ENG] Ladies of Hive Community Contest #33

Hola hola! Una de las comunidades que más me gusta es Ladies of Hive, ya que semana tras semana con sus preguntan, nos llevan a la reflexión e incluso podemos divertirnos al responderlas, es por ello que decidí participar nuevamente hoy.

Para mí, una de las mejores cosas de esta plataforma es la oportunidad de compartir sobre lo que queramos, para así tener contenido muy diverso (diría que ese es mi caso). Hoy un tema personal, con un poco de nostalgia y quien sabe, también: pasión.

¿Cuál es el pasatiempo que siempre has querido hacer, pero nunca perseguiste? ¿Qué te ha impedido intentarlo?

Desde muy pequeña siempre estuve involucrada en el mundo artístico, pasando por baile, modelaje y actuación, lo cual me ayudó a desenvolverme e incluso aprender a socializar. Me dió mucha confianza y disciplina, lo cual a temprana edad diría que es lo mejor que los padres le pueden dar a sus hijos.

_{From a very young age I was always involved in the artistic world, going through dance, modeling, and acting, which helped me to function and even learn to socialize. It gave me a lot of confidence and discipline, which at an early age I would say is the best thing parents can give their children.}

Entonces siempre mi pasión o pasatiempo tenía que estar relacionado con ello, porque de deportes nunca fui amiga, puedo verlos y disfrutarlos, pero no son para mí. A medida que fue pasando el tiempo, conseguí otras aficiones, y dejé a un lado ese “Mundo”, pero ahora que pienso en ello, creo que no fue una muy buena decisión.

_{So always my passion or hobby had to be related to it, because I was never friends with sports, I can watch and enjoy them, but they are not for me. As time went by, I got other hobbies, and put that "World" aside, but now that I think about it, I think it was not a very good decision.}

Para mí la música es muy importante, es por ello que lo que más deseo es poder crearla o tocarla, siendo más especifica me encantaría aprender a tocar PIANO. Porque siendo realista, no soy para nada buena cantante, sin embargo, hay algo hermoso en el tocar un instrumento, cierta desconexión que me gustaría tener.

_{For me music is very important, that is why what I most want is to be able to create or play it, being more specific I would love to learn to play PIANO. Because being realistic, I'm not a good singer at all, however, there is something beautiful about playing an instrument, a certain disconnect that I would like to have.}

Respondiendo a la segunda pregunta, me ha detenido el miedo e incluso el rechazo, ya que no sé nada sobre la parte técnica de la música: notas, acordes; entonces, he pensado que cuando quiera pedirle a alguien que me enseñe no tendrá paciencia, o simplemente me dirá: no sirves para esto.

Pero hoy, cuando tantas cosas han pasado en el Mundo, y vemos lo rápido que cambia "el destino", me doy cuenta que nadie es perfecto y nunca es tarde para aprender, es por ello que estoy determinada a conseguirlo en algún momento. Y quién sabe, hacerlo solo para mí o tocar para muchas personas. Pero lo cierto es, quiero tener a la música muy cerca, divertirme y sentir con ella.
