Untold Sacrifices - LOH #175

Sacrifice makes life worthwhile. It's always expected that women sacrifice a lot for their families. I feel it's our unavoidable responsibility for our loved ones. Let's take a look at the main question below from the ladies of the hive community.

A woman is always expected to make sacrifices for her family. Have you ever sacrificed anything important for your loved ones and never spoken about it? Would you like to share your story with us?

As a woman, a mother, and a wife, I have made lots of sacrifices in my home since I got married. Some of them have remained untold, but I will quickly share my story with the ladies. It's hard not to consider the well-being of my kids, and it's also difficult to overlook certain things at home when my husband is unable to take up his responsibilities due to a challenge he cannot control. I doubt if there's a woman who can escape sacrificing for her family, and I am not an exception.

Firstly, I had to quit my well-paid, less stressful job because of the health of my child. This particular sacrifice was difficult to make. Who could believe that after studying a professional course, I would end up as a stay-at-home mom? I wish it's something a nanny can take care of. I would have hired a nanny and continued my job, but it's beyond that kind of arrangement. I have sacrificed my job since 3 years ago, and hopefully I will go back to the field someday.

Secondly, a friend made a statement this afternoon that reminded me of one huge sacrifice I made for my family for some period of time last year. She tried blaming me for not taking action when I should have, but the reason was because of sacrifice. For the ones you love, you can go the extra mile in ensuring that they are comfortable and don't lack the basic necessities when you are capable of filling the vacuum. This is my perspective on life; it doesn't matter if I missed $10,000 yesterday to save life; I put my family first. There are still opportunities to make our dreams a reality, but this doesn't mean that we should intentionally snooze on some opportunities capable of being a game changer for our lives when we can.

Towards the ember months last year, this friend of mine in hive and another crypto enthusiast, not a hiver but a close friend, listed some coins that they felt would do well during the bull run and advised that I should be accumulating them gradually. They never ceased to share additional updates on new coins they came across with me, and I appreciated their love. However, I tried everything to accumulate those coins, but I will always sell them due to family financial responsibilities. My husband lost his job plus other financial challenges that befell him at the same time, and he couldn't take up his responsibility. I didn't have the mind to keep accumulating crypto coins for the bull run then and allow my kids and hubby to suffer or overlook other important bills at home.

I remember sacrificing $400 I planned to buy Pepe coins with other coins for family bills and many other small investments I sold unripe just to keep filling the vacuum. Of course, it's my responsibility to support my family, but aside from the financial challenges, I would have had the opportunity to buy some cois at a cheaper rate and position myself for a better profit.

Things are getting better with my husband recently, and I just started accumulating some coins gradually for the bull, although at a higher rate, which is why my friend is blaming me nonstop.I may have missed a better opportunity to buy at a lower rate since last year, but I couldn't have starved my kids because of a good profit.

This is one other sacrifice I made out of love for my family and willingness to do more when necessary, as the popular saying goes, family first.
