When I was in the university,I don't have any eating habit,i don't eat early due to my early morning classes.it really affected me because I don't have a choice than to buy the food available In the canteen.
At a point i woke up in the morning and I couldnt go to class,i was vomiting due to that I had to stopped buying food and eating out.since then,i made a food plan for myself and it has been working for me.i eat vegetables almost everyday.
My favourite self care recipe is basically vegetables and leafs.vegetables has a lot of nutrient in it.its rich in fibre,vitamins,mineral..
I eat more of vegetables and i put vegetables in most of the food I prepare for my family.its is very healthy.one thing I noticed since when i started eating vegetables is that,it doesn't cause stomach upset or purging no matter how many times we take it in a day we don't feel stomach pain at all.
I don't put Maggie in my vegetable.
bitter leaf is one of the best leaf because it has a lot of antibotics and antifungal properties in it.i use bitter leaf has a self care to stop indigestion and pile.
When I go out to visit my friends and i had no choice than to eat the food they serve,it is bitter leaf water i use to drink to prevent running stomach.
I don't eat what I crave for,i eat what is healthy.
Normally I do crave for snacks eg
meatpie,sausage roll and puff puff.
At some point ,I find it difficult to use the toilet and i had constipation that was when I realize that i have to stop my intake of sugary snacks,junks,and drinks.
