I personally feel true happiness stems from a heart that is content with everything, including what you have and don't. Happiness is appreciating all that life has to offer, the good, the bad, and the in between.
Unfortunately, humans have mistakenly linked happiness to material things and external validations, like having a big account balance, going to luxurious places for vacations, living in mansions, and so much more. Don't get me wrong; having all these things is good, but they shouldn't be tied to our happiness. This comfort is there to enhance our lifestyle but not to give us everlasting joy and happiness.
We can find happiness in the smallest things around us if we truly want to.

Happiness can be found in cherishing beautiful and meaningful relationships with family, friends, and loved ones.
Appreciating the wonders and beauty of nature gives me a sense of happiness.
When we discovered the beauty and joy in our everyday experience, we will find happiness in it and appreciate life.
It is important that as humans we cultivate the habit of finding happiness even in our moments of solace. When we shift our values to the little things life has to offer, this would unlock a deeper sense of fulfillment in us.
Having true happiness is very important because it makes one find true beauty in everyday moments, and it also makes you develop a heart filled with gratitude.
